Hilton unveils its list of new hotels for 2022 • Hotel Designs
With more than 75 new hotels planned in Europe, the Middle East and Africa over the coming year, Hilton shares their optimism and wins us over with their choices. It’s starting to feel like it’s time to start planning next year’s jet set adventures. From Morocco to Mallorca, here’s a taste of what to expect on the Hilton International program.
Hilton Bahrain – opening summer 2022
As noted in our focus on the hottest hotel openings in 2022, Hilton Bahrain is slated to open in June 2022. Located along the Al Fateh Highway, the 348-room hotel will include studios, apartments and suites. ‘one and two bedrooms, all with the brand’s attention. to comfort and luxury, as well as a breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony of each unit. With six distinct restaurants and lounges, nine meeting rooms and a luxurious spa, the hotel promises an exceptional guest experience.
Conrad Rabat Arzana – opening fall 2022
Scheduled to debut as Hilton’s first luxury hotel in Morocco, this hotel promises to offer spectacular ocean views from its elevated waterfront location, overlooking a tranquil lagoon and beach. Guests can explore these breathtaking surroundings while sampling locally inspired food and drink at two unique restaurants. The hotel will also offer a fully equipped spa and salon as well as over 600 square meters of event space including a grand ballroom and four meeting rooms.
Iceland Parliament Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton – opening spring 2022
The Iceland Parliament Hotel will be a complex of seven reconstructed and new buildings at the gates of the Icelandic Parliament – AlÃ¾ingi. Surrounded by three different squares, close to the Cathedral, the Town Hall and the upcoming port area, the hotel will be located in a key location in the most prominent area of ââthe city, making it the perfect place to start your Icelandic explorations. The hotel will offer state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities, an executive lounge, a gym, a spa area, a cafÃ©, a bar and a restaurant.
Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia – opening spring 2022
Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia will house 107 rooms, each with a private garden or terrace, the majority offering panoramic views over the entire Chia Lagoon. La Terrazza Restaurant will feature outdoor seating and iconic views of Chia Laguna. Sa Mesa, which means âthe tableâ in the local Sardinian dialect, will be the hotel’s signature restaurant offering authentic Sardinian cuisine and a wide selection of local wines from small local producers in an informal trattoria-style setting. The Bollicine bar will serve as an all-day lounge bar, where guests can sample an extensive collection of champagnes and proseccos, as well as cocktails with a modern twist. The hotel’s Conrad Spa will also offer six treatment rooms, a spa bar, a yoga studio and a state-of-the-art gym.
Lost Property St. Paul’s London, Curio Collection by Hilton – opening spring 2022
Lost Property St Paul’s London, Curio Collection by Hilton, will open this spring to offer breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the City of London. Housing 145 rooms, designed by Rani Ahluwalia, the decor was inspired by London’s lost stories in history. The six-story hotel will offer a charming restaurant to guests and close access to some of London’s most visited tourist attractions.
Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah – opening spring 2022
Situated on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, this hotel’s beachfront location makes it a prime destination for those seeking a relaxing getaway. After waking up to the sunrise reflecting off the serene waters of the Palm, guests can work out on the mile-long promenade, take a dip on the property’s private beach, or enjoy a swim on the property’s private beach. a treatment at the spacious eforea spa or a bite to eat at the hotel’s wide range of restaurants, bars and lounges which will include international brands such as Trader Vic’s, Barfly by Buddha Bar and Claw BBQ.
Hampton by Hilton Doha Old Town – opening early 2022
Located in the Old Salata district, Hampton by Hilton Doha Old Town will feature 221 modern rooms, an all-day restaurant, juice and snack bar, work area and fitness center. It will be conveniently located near Doha attractions such as the Corniche, the Museum of Islamic Art, the Qatar National Museum and the famous Souq Waqif. It will also be in the immediate vicinity of the banking district and the Emiri Diwan Palace.
Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton – opening spring 2022
The Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton will be the first Hilton property on the glamorous Greek island of Santorini. The 37-key hotel draws its inspiration from the iconic blue and whitewashed architecture of Santorini and incorporates the island’s rugged natural beauty with stone walls and organic wood textures. Each room has a private terrace and a hot tub or swimming pool. Guests can choose from two restaurants and two bars for a relaxed meal or cocktail, with two of the outlets located on the resort’s private beach. Spoiled for choice with pools, spa, fitness facilities, and beach-side lounge chairs, guests can alternate between sweating, pampering, soaking up the sun, and cooling off in the water.
Motto by Hilton Rotterdam Blaak – opening spring 2022
Motto by Hilton Rotterdam Blaak will become the first Motto property in the Netherlands, as well as the first in Europe, when it opens this year. The hotel offers convenient access to some of the city’s main attractions, such as the Boijmans Van Beuningen Museum, the Old Port, the Rotterdam Maritime Museum and the Cubic Houses. It’s also a short walk to Rotterdam’s famous Markthal, where visitors can shop and explore nearly 100 indoor food stalls and restaurants.
Waldorf Astoria Kuwait – opening spring 2022
The 200 luxury rooms of the new Waldorf Astoria Kuwait will be within walking distance of world-class shopping and dining, thanks to its location in Avenues Mall, a destination with more than 1,100 shops and a movie theater. The hotel will also house the award-winning ROKA Japanese restaurant concept and feature an exclusive club lounge and an impressive 13,560 square foot Waldorf spa. Kuwait city center, historical and cultural sites and the Kuwait Grand Mosque are just a 15-minute drive away.
Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton – opening summer 2022
Located in the center of Krakow’s Old Town, next to the historic Main Square, the Saski Krakow Hotel is fast becoming one of the city’s most famous hotels. The property will be ideal for both business and leisure travelers, offering a swimming pool, spa and fitness center, restaurant and bar, as well as a business center.
Hilton Mallorca Galatzo – opening summer 2022
The 208-key Hilton Mallorca Galatzo will join Hilton’s growing portfolio of properties in Spain. Set on 54,000 square meters of perfectly presented gardens, the Hilton Mallorca Galatzo will feature three swimming pools and two pool bars, ensuring guests are never far away from a cold drink and a dip in the pool to complement the warm climate. of the Balearic Islands. With relaxation and rejuvenation in mind, the hotel will offer a substantial wellness center and two distinct dining experiences and is located within a five-minute drive of Paguera’s popular beaches.
Hilton Rome Eur La Lama – opening fall 2022
The Hilton Rome Eur La Lama is located in the business district of EUR, with direct access to La Nuvola Roma convention center. The hotel will consist of 439 rooms, all within a distinctive architectural structure known as “La Lama” (The Blade). Metro connections are only a few blocks away and the Euroma2 shopping center is less than 10 minutes away by car. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and terrace, children’s activities and a library bar.
Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi – opening fall 2022
Located in the upscale residential and diplomatic district of Maadi, when completed the hotel will bring 257 keys to Cairo, while providing direct access to the Corniche El Nile and offering views of some of the ancient heritage sites of Egypt. It is expected to house a business center, meeting rooms, health club and spa, as well as a handful of F&B outlets. Hotel guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Nile while sunbathing by the outdoor swimming pool. Perfect for leisure and business, the Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi will feature a large health club and spa, an outdoor pool, two restaurants, an executive lounge, as well as fully equipped meeting and event spaces.
